American Residential Services - Paid 15,000.00 for a new air conditioner and heating units and was told all is good for years
Well in April 2015 my home needed a new air conditioner so we called ARS 713-777-7777 in the Spring, Woodlands area in Texas. They responded very nice 2 days.
Today was the first check up on the units and the service man told use the filter needed to be changed and the only place we could get it was ARS. (I was told I could get them at home depot. when I got the units in April.) So I once again bought a filter $114.07. And he felt I needed a part to keep electric surges on the gas heater from having a problem.
Approx. cost 400. I said no to the surge on the gas. After he left I googles the cost on AMP-M1-1056 AMP102-1625 918395.
